Yoga ke fayde

Yog sehatmand jeevan ke liye  bahut jaruri mana jata hai. Aur ho bhi kyon na aakhir yog ke fayde hi itne hai. Yog sugar, kabj jaisi bimariyon se ladne me bhi madad karta hai. Yog aur dhyan man ki shanti ko behtar sehat ke liye jaruri mana jata hai. Aksar log soch baithte hai ki yog kewal shareer ko lachila banane ke liye hi kiya jata hai, lekin aisa nahi hai. Yog ke bahut asan hain, jinke kai fayde hai. Yog ke fayde se aap jeevan bhar javan aur swasth bane rah sakte hain. Niymit yogaabhyas karne se sharirik aur mansik swasthya ko labh milta hai. Aksar log yog ko ek dheema madhyam man lete hain, lekin aisa nahi hai. Yog aapko healthy rahne me kai tarah se madad kar sakta hai. Janiye kya hai yog ke fayde.

Yogasan ke aantrik swasthya labh

  1. Rakt Pravah : jab shareer me rakt ka sanchar behtar hota hai, to sabhi ang behtar tarike se kam karte hain. Aise me yog karne se rakt ka pravah achchi tarah hota hai. Isase sabhi ango ko prayapt oxyzen aur poshak tatav milte hain.
  2. Behtar shavashan pranali : yog se pata chalta jeevan me sans ka mahtav, kyonki har yogasan sanso per aadharit hai. Jab aap yog karte hain, to fefde puri kshamta ke sath kam karne lagte hain, jisase sans lena aasan ho jata hai.
  3. Apach se rahat : Yog ke labh me gas se chchutkara pana bhi hai. Gas ki samasya kisi ko bhi ho sakti hai. Ise thik karne ke liye yog behtarin upay hai. Yog pachan tantra ko behtar karta hai, jisase kabj, gas aur acidity jaisi samsyain jad se khatm ho sakti hai.

  7. Behtar metabolism: Jab pachan tantra, leever aur kidney achchi tarah kam karte hai, to metabolism bhi thik se kam karta hai. Is awastha me yog ka labh isliye hai, kyonki yog ke jariye apach aur kabj ko thik kar metabolism ko behtar kiya ja sakta hai.
  8. Nind : dinbhar kam karne ke bat rat ko achchi nind lena jaruri hai. Isase shareer ko agle din phir se kam karne ke liye taiyar hone me madad milti hai. Vahin, agar aap niyamit yog karte hain, to man shant hota hai aur tanav se chchutkara milta hai, jisase rat ko achchi nind sone me madad milti hai.
  9. Santulit cholesterol : yog karne se shareer me rakt ka pravah behtar hota hai. Isase nason me rakt ka thakke nahin ban pate aur atirikt charbi bhi saf ho jati hai. Yahi karan hai ki cholesterol ko niyantrit kiya ja sakta hai.
  10. Asthma : asthma hone per swas nail sikud jati hai, jisase sans lene me preshani hoti hai. Agar aap is awastha me yog karte hai, to aapko fefdon per jor padta hai aur vo adhik kshamta ke sath kam karte hain.
  11. Arthritis : kisi yogya yog prashikshak ke nirdeshak me yog karne se jodo me aai sujan aur dard kam hone lagta hai aur dhire-dhire kam karne lagte hain.
  12. Migren : agar migren ka marij yog karta hai, to use sir me hone vale dard se rahat mil sakti hai. Yog manspeshiyon me aaye khinchav ko kam karta hai aur sir tak prayapt oxyzen pahunchati hai, jisase migren me rahat milti hai.

Yogasan ke bahari swasthya labh :

  1. Badti umra ka asar kam : Tanav ke karan bhi samay se pahle budape ka asar najar aane lagta hai, lekin yog is awastha se bhi bacha sakta hai.
  2. Sharirik kshamta ka badna : niyamit roop se yog karne se haddiyan v manspeshiyan majboot hoti hain, shareer ka aakar behatar hota hai aur sharirik kshamta behtar hoti hai.
  3. Santulit vajan : agar aap niyamit yog karte hain, to kabj aur acidity jaisi samsyain door hoti hain aur pachan tantra behtar hota hai. Isase dhire-dhire vajan kam hone lagta hai.
  4. Manspeshiyon me sudhar : yog karne se manspeshiyon ki gatividhi me sudhar hota hai. Yah majboot hoti hain aur inme lachilapan aata hai.

Yogasan ke bhavanatmak swasthya labh

  1. Achcha mood : jab aap yog karte hain, to aap andar se puri tarah sakaratmak urja se bhar jate hain. Isase aapka mood achcha hota hai aur dinbhar kam me man laga rahta hai.
  2. Tanav kam : tanav se bahar nikalne ka ekmatra rasta yog hai. Jab aap yog karenge, to nai urja se bhar jayenge. Isase tanav ka kam hona swabhavik hai.
  3. Nirnay lene ki kshamta: yog aapko mansik rup se is kadar majboot banata hai ki aap jeevan se jude mahatavpurn nirnay lene me saksham ho jate ho. Sath hi vibrit halat me swayanm ko kaise santulit banaye rakhna hai.
  4. Ekagrata : niyamit rup se yog karte rahne se aap itne saksham ho jate hain ki apne lakshay ko hasil karne ke liye ekagrachit hoker kam karne lagte ho.
