Green tea
Green tea is considered to be very beneficial for health. Green tea contains many important antioxidants, which increase metabolism and help in reducing obesity. Daily consumption of green tea provides the power to fight diabetes, cancer-like illness. Old tea does not come soon after drinking green tea. By drinking it, the digestive system remains strong. Green tea can be made in two different types. Tea bag or open lousy green tea. The use of loose (green) green tea rather than green tea with tea bag is more beneficial. Put one teaspoon green tea in a cup boiling water and cover for 3-4 minutes. Your green tea is ready. If you taste bitter taste of green tea, then add one spoon honey or sugar in it.
Black Tea
By drinking a cup of black tea daily, the body remains healthy. Drinking black tea reduces the problems related to diabetes and heart. It is also helpful in preventing mouth cancer. Drinking black tea can prevent prostate, overian and lung cancer. It is also helpful in keeping the digestive system properly. Black tea is made of both cold and warm. Put a little tea leaf in a cup boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes. If its flavor seems bitter, then add one spoonful sugar in it.
Lemon tea
The people who smell with the mouth should eat lemon tea daily. Sore throat or problems related to the stomach will benefit from drinking 1 cup of Lemon tea. Put a little tea leaf in a cup boiling water and mix one teaspoon sugar. Do not boil the tea for a long time. When putting the tea in the cup, add half a lemon and 1 pinch of black salt.
Peppermint Tea
Peppermint is a variety of mint. Its tea intake is especially used to get relief from bad stomach, discharge gas etc. Also, the disease is helpful in increasing the immune system. Boil 8 to 10 mint leaves in boiling water and boil for ten to fifteen minutes. After boiling it, add a spoonful of honey or sugar to sweetness.
Chrysanthemum tea
This tea is prevalent in East Asia. This tea is known for its taste and aroma. There are plenty of vitamins A and C in it. Also there are iron, calcium, fiber and carotene. Skin is beneficial in diseases too. This tea also brings coolness to the body heat, with the benefits of colds, cough and fever. Boil 4 cups of water to make this tea. Mix guldhal flowers, cinnamon pieces and ginger pieces. Then boil for 5 minutes. Take off the vessel from the stove and cover it. Leave for 15-20 minutes (leaving the flowers for long periods of time in the water can cause bitterness in the taste.) To make more hardening you can add more dry flowers to the water. Squeeze the pieces of cinnamon and ginger, so that When more and more juice comes in the water, then filter the water. Add honey or jaggery to taste. Serve hot or cold. Let the water cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator.
